About Me

After graduating USC Gould School of Law in 2005, I began my career as a construction, real estate and business attorney. I served as in-house counsel for Panda Express for approximately 5 years, then started my private practice where I represent property owners, developers, landlords, tenants and business owners in all aspects of construction, financing, acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions of real estate. During my 17-year tenure as a practicing attorney, I have overseen over $350 million in transactions.

I’m a proud alum of Horace Mann Elementary School and Beverly Hills High School, where I was elected as Horace Mann Student Council President and later as BHHS ASB President.  This is where my commitment to public service and service to BHUSD began.

I'm also a mother of three children: a preschooler, an elementary student, and a middle school student - all attending school in Beverly Hills. My blend of professional and personal background delivers a unique perspective that I believe will help when dealing with the complexity of issues the district faces.

My commitment to excellence in education is demonstrated through my volunteer work on both the Beverly Vista Middle School PTA Executive Board as Parliamentarian and as an elected member of the Hawthorne School Site Council. Further, my involvement in our City extends to my roles as a member of the Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. I have a deep understanding of a collaborative environment, embracing teamwork, unity, and consensus building, which makes me uniquely suited for the challenges our schools and district as a whole face.
